It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Chapin (Sandpoint, Idaho), born in Pierre, South Dakota, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forrest and Nora May Chapin (Henneman); and his siblings, Dorothy Monk and Mason Chapin. He is survived by: his former wife JoAnn Fern Lynch; his spouse Beverly Ann Bacon Winfrey; his children, Dave Winfrey, Ken (Paula Chapin), Carol Cressey (Earl White), Cliff (Linda Chapin) and Sally Winfrey (Van Diest); and his adoptive daughter Marsha O'Dell Elliot (Mike). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
