He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Poole; his wife Margaret Briggs of Sagle; his daughters, Cindy Toney (Timothy) of Rudy, AR, Kristi Briggs-Bell (Cindy) of Phoenix and Lori Briggs of Sagle; and his sister Marjorie Lou Fleming of Sagle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
