He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Blair and Betty Gemar; his sister Patricia Blair; his grandson Ryley; his wife Carol Blair; his son Matthew Blair (McKenzie Blair); his grandchildren, Lanie and Maxx; and his siblings, Richard Blair and Pat Hinojosa. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and many loving friends.
