He is survived by: his mother Kathy Shoemaker; his wife Monica Shoemaker of Sandpoint; his children, Holden Timothy Shoemaker and Hazel Holland Shoemaker; his siblings, Noah Shoemaker, Mary Fitzgerald (Tye), Joseph Shoemaker and Anna Shrum; and his nieces and nephews, Ellis, Evan Fitzgerald, Aurora Gieck, Zoe, Kate Shrum, Blaise and Boston Boone.
