He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vittitow and DeEsta Gladys McCormick; his wife Mae; and his brothers, Vernon "Skip" and Larry McCormick (Derrell).
He is survived by: his close friend Bud; his grandson Todd; his close friend Dick Mettler; his children, Julie Knox (Rick Moseley) and Todd (Michelle); his grandchildren, Michelle Blumenberg (Fred), Brandon Bell, Megan McCormick (Amanda) and Shelby McCormick (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Trey, Ellie, Skylar and Daisy Blumenberg; his grandchildren, Charles, Milina, Bobbie Jo and Naomi Bell; his brother Gordon McCormick (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Sue Piva (Gary). He is also survived by grandfather aka: "Papa" to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
