He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Stevens and Faye Stevens-Lamoreaux. He is survived by: his parents, David Banks and Patricia Banks (Stevens) of Sandpoint; his daughter Bree Reardon of Coeur; his brothers, Benjamin Banks of Sandpoint and Joseph Banks of Sandpoint; his half-sister Bryna Banks of Spokane; his nephew Brendan Banks of Priest River; and his nieces, Molly Banks of Priest River and Bailey Banks of Boise. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
