He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Campbell and Madeline Campbell. He is survived by: his friend Donna Olazabal; his children, Scott Campbell (Patty), Shane Campbell (Buket), Cheryl Whiting (Lynn) and Jennifer Waddell (William); his brother David (Ilene); his nephew Lonnie; his niece Jacquelyn; and his grandchildren, Naomi, Caleb, Madeleina, Kayla, Jacob and Brayden.
