She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Forell and Lois V. Forell; her husband Dale; her stepdaughter Bobbi Jo Davis; and her siblings, Della Bricker, Delmer "Buddy" Forell and Daymond Forell.
She is survived by: her former husband Ernest 'Dale Jeffres; her stepchildren, Randy Jeffres and Jill Palmer (Frank); and her siblings, Velma Nelson, Carol Millard (Gary), Larry Forell (Anna) and Jim Forell (Jola). She is also survived by seven step grandchildren, 17 great step grandchildren and five great great step grandchildren.
