She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Montrose Pontius and Alta Ursula Radmall; her husband Elden H. Stokes; her siblings, Ruth Doxey, Sarah Feller, Robert, Melvin and Carl Pontius; her grandsons, Joseph E. Hone and Eldon D. Stokes; and her great grandchild Emma Westover.
She is survived by: her brother David Eugene Pontius. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
