It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rose Hoy (Salmon, Idaho), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert Scales and Jesse Mae Parker Scales; and her husband Joe. She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Edward Hoy March; her son Chris Hoy; and her niece Jeanette.
