He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Capps and Edith Capps; and his brothers, Gilbert, Luther, Martin and Sam Capps.
He is survived by: his sisters, Myra Miller, Lulu Beattie, Helen Caporaletti and Esther Davis; and his adoptive daughter Jeau Roberts of Junction City, Kansas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many special friends.
