He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Hickey, Sean Westfall and Sherri Halsey; his uncle Don; and his children, Tarra Crouch, Kristina Moon, Amber Westfall, Nicole Westfall, Andrew Westfall and Cameron Westfall. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and his herd of grandkids, along with his extended family and many friends.
