He was predeceased by: his mothers, Pearl Ivan Bowen and Maxine Lorine Bowen (Mann); and his siblings, Janet Bowen Pugh, Terry, Mike and Darril.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Bowen Hodges of Salmon and Paul Bowen Jr. (Melissa) of Elko, Nevada; his grandchildren, Kellsie Peterson (John), Christopher, Bryce, Aiden and Ryker; his great grandchildren, Caleb Greene and Ila Peterson; his significant other Wanda; and his siblings, Robert Bowen, Jess Bowen, Anita Bowen, Marlene Bowen-Grissett (Robert), Ethel Stricklan, Frank Bowen and Ronnie Bowen.
