He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Garn and Valera Garn. He is survived by: his wife Joan Snow; and his children, Martin Garn (Lisa), Julie Stoddard (Michael), Diana Grover, Daniel Garn (Shelece), Randolph Garn (Charolette) and Jerald Garn.
