He is survived by: his former wife Linda Robertson; his children, Clarence Nolen Carter III, Clancy Carter (Kasie Lyne) of Hamilton and Angie Stokes (Paul) of Salmon; his grandsons, Kyle Carter of McCall and Cameron Carter; his sibling Falls; his granddaughters, Lacie Oerke (Ryan) of Salmon and Harli Stokes of Salmon; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Chasen and Lilly; his stepmother Violet Carter Hutchison of Buhl; and his siblings, Noleen Pierce of Buhl, Short Grimm of Castleford and Tom Grimm (Annette) of Huntington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and loving friends.
