He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Bielby and John William Bielby (Jack); his grandson Will; his siblings, Grover (Bea), Floyd, Steve (Kathy), Cleve and Edna Stewart (Jim); and his sister-in-law Marsha.

He is survived by: his children, Todd Bielby (Debbie) of Salmon, Brent Bielby (Sally) of Rigby, Julie Fayle (John) of Boise and Elaine Stokes (Ted) of Ogden, Utah.; his wife DeVon Simonsen; and his brother Victor. He is also survived by 4 children, 14 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
