He is survived by: his former wife Betty Herndon; his wife Judy Allen (Stutz); his friend Steve; his siblings, Lyle Skinner (Eve) and Kay Feldtman (Steve); his children, Todd Skinner (Sheila), Jennifer Cook (Jon), Amy Kleiss (John), Robert Allen, Jed and Ellie; his grandchildren, Brittney Barney (Cody), Mikenna Johnson (Ken), Jessa Cook, Samantha Kleiss (Josh Pizell), Wacy DeCora, Jorrey Freehling (Jonathan), Kiah Shaffer (Aaron), Jeffre Allen, Jimi Bieker, Jackson Cook, Kylie King (Caleb), Charlee Bieker, Moira Skinner and Angus Skinner; his great grandchildren, Katherine Freehling, Karen Freehling, Bryson Howell, Ryder Howell, Olivia Johnson, Asher Pizell, Mark Jerold Johnson, Kinley Pizell and Reho Dahle-DeCora; and his friends, Katurha, Kevin, Jason and Jennele Miller.
