She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Ronald Kurt Cook (Akiba Brooks) and Cynthia Dana (Reed); her grandchildren, Sydnee Cook Shumway (Jordan), Chase Allen Cook (Kim), Amy Dana Hutchings (Russell) and Brian Robert Dana (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Maddie Jo Cook, Maggie Dana, Calvin Dana and Heidi Hutchings; her siblings, Norman Paul Farrer, James E Buchanan and Pauline Stokes; and her daughter-in-law Robin Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
