He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Curtis Havens and Ila Vivian Paulsen; his wife Eileen Kay Roche; and his sisters, Virginia and Patt.
He is survived by: his sister Hallie Julia Havens Proksch (Joseph); and his children, Douglas H. Havens (Suzanne) of Rexburg Idaho, Justin C. Havens of Bryan Texas, Julie Clark and Dennis L. Havens of Denver Colorado. He is also survived by 4 children, 19 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
He died from complications of the Covid virus.
