We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021, at the age of 87, Donald E Philips of Salmon, Idaho, born in Anaconda, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Philips and Ruth Philips; his siblings, Earl, Bill, Carol and Norma; his wife Pat Philips; and his grandchildren, Holly Heald and Charlie Heald.

He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Rae Somers; and his children, Kathy Heald (Mark), Donald (Susanne), Robert, Edwin (Tennille) and David (Melissa). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren as well as 33 great-grandchildren.
