He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sarah Ellen "Sadie" Tyler and Edward Posey "Pose" Lamping; his wife Betty; his son Thomas; his siblings, Clifford Lamping and Aileen Johnson; his children, Lynn Lamping and Susan Roso; and his grandchildren, Robin, Amy, Robert, Rebecca, Kaitlyn and Savannah. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
