He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy England and Mabel England. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Heffner; his sons, Vernon Lee England and Steven Bruce England; and his siblings, Wayne England of North Fork, Marvin England (Shelly) and Linda England of Spokane. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
