She was predeceased by: her father George Leonard Hays; her husband Bob; her siblings, Bill (Mary) and Lucy; and her granddaughters, Morgin and Shanelle.
She is survived by: her mother Lucy Marie Warner; her children, Brent, Rob, Cathy and John; her friend Fridays; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Tyler, Parker, Chase and Cole; her great grandchildren, Tristan and Kennedy; her children-in-law, Rensay, Penny and Colette; and her siblings, Ginger and Bev.
In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Anita's honor to Salmon Valley Hospice, the Lemhi Historical Museum, or the Salmon Education Association.
