He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Blacker of St. Maries, ID; his children, Janice Blacker of Post Falls, ID, Michael Blacker (Dot) of Lumpoc, CA and David "Skip" Blacker (Carlyn) of Grand Junction, CO; and his brothers, Ronald Blacker (Lynn) of Sahuarita, AZ and Robert Blacker (Peggy) of Waco, TX. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 6 nieces.
