She is survived by: her former husband Timothy Barden; her husband Terry Worthington; her children, Deborah Nordling (Roger), Jessica Barden (Craig), Sara Odekirk (James) and Ryan Worthington; her grandchildren, Sadie, Shelbie, Brody (Jess), Liberty and Russell; her great grandchildren, Cadence, Teagan, Tatum and Rally; her siblings, Murl Sines (Mary), John Sines (Shirley), Doug Sines (Shelley), Juanita Mokry and Susie Millikan (Doc); and her sisters-in-law, Susan Pierce and Trudy Worthington.
