He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cook; his children, Debra Deason of Lakehead, CA, Michael Williams (Susan) of Lakeport, CA, Tim Williams (Shawn) of Cottonwood, CA, Melvin Cook (Colleen), Dakota, Kevin Cook of Athol, ID and Larise Bailey (Andy) of St. Maries; and also Paul Warden. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
