He is survived by: his father David McNutt; his significant other Ashley DeVault; his children, Tristen and Nevaeh; his brothers, Billy C. Clare III of Grand Islands, NE and Joshua P. Clare of Dallas, PA; his grandparents, Stanley and Deborah McNutt (Newman) of St. Maries, ID; and his pet Colt. He is also survived by 4 nieces; 2 nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
