He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Guffey and Dorothy Guffey; and his son Michael R. Guffey (Kathleen). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Martin; his daughters, Diana and Colleen; his brother Leslie Guffey; and his friend Connie. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
