He is survived by: his wife Judy Kirkland; his cousins, Debby Randall of Spokane, Charlie Sifert of Usk, WA and Bonita Daniel; and his stepson Morgan McDowell (Margaret Bradbury) of Seattle. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
