He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Spooner and Bernice Spooner (Walker); and his siblings, Paul Spooner and Flossie Kaiser. He is survived by: his former wife Melody Larson; his stepgrandchildren, David, Rachel and Charity; and his children, James Larson of Spokane, WA, David Spooner II of St. Maries, ID, Rachel Larson Lopez (Dan) of Reddick, FL and Charity Acacio of New Market, MD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren with only one beloved granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
