He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Bernice Moore (Bailor); and his siblings, Muriel Carter, Dorothy Paran, Loise Buck, Lloyd Moore and Marge.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Moore (Mary) of Deary, ID, Jeanna Irish (Steve) of Tacoma, WA, Renee Palmer of Tacoma, WA, Lisa Monahan of Tacoma, WA and Kevin Moore (Michelle) of Hillsboro, OR. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
