She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Vaughan; her brother James Potter; her sons, Troy DeShazer and Leslie DeShazer; and her great grandchild Evan DeShazer.
She is survived by: her former spouse Leslie DeShazer; her children, Debbie Caldwell (David) and James DeShazer (Laura); her grandson Jason Caldwell (Jennifer); and her sisters, Joyce Reese and Karen Felix. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews.
