He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lloyd Pugmire (Bill) and LuWana Pope Pugmire of St. Charles; and his son Vince Pugmire Richins. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Smith (Nate) and Amanda Bruun (Nick); and his siblings, Janis Hymas (Dennis) and Lloyd Pugmire (Ellen). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
