In loving memory of Beverly Phelps of Saint Charles, Idaho, who departed this world on January 7, 2025 at the age of 96. Beverly leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. As Beverly departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Beverly. Though Beverly may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Arnell and Beatrice Arnell (Bolton); and her husband Justin Walter Phelps Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Edward Kay Arnell of Logan; and her sons, Kelly Phelps (Carol Folette), Kraig (Sharon Phelps) and Brady (Elizabeth Phelps).
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. Charles LDS Ward Church (75 N Main St, St Charles, ID 83272). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
