He was predeceased by: his parents, Lettie Long and Cub River Canyon; his wife Audrey Thurman; his children, Suzanne Saling (Wesley) and Mark Long of St. Anthony; and his siblings, Wendell, Thora, Myrle, Leola, Bryce, Reed and Vonda.
He is survived by: his sister Rayma Jepsen of Preston; his sister-in-law Carma Long of Preston; his children, Margaretta Spencer of Boise, Verl T. (Connie) and Karin Traughber of Tooele Utah; and his children-in-law, Laurie Long of St. Anthony and Wesley Sailing of Utah. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 67 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
