"Butch" Thomas; her siblings, Cindy Oram (Don) of St. Anthony and Randy Lusk (Judy) of Middleton, ID; her sons, Josh of St. Anthony, Jeramia (Emily) of Henderson, NV and Trevor of Idaho Falls; and her grandchildren, Kegan and Kallen Thomas.
