He is survived by: his former wives, Mary Ellen Eldredge of Logan, UT and Pamela Casperson of Preston, ID; his siblings, Julie Perkes (Gary) of Franklin, ID, Laura McDonald (David) of Smithfield, UT, Carol Curtis (George) of Enid, OK and Ronald Hansen (Karen) of Logan, UT; and his daughter Ammy Wilkins (Daniel) of Logan, UT. He is also survived by three grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
