He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Cardell and Edna Lavan Cardell; his father-in-law Willis B. Mason; and his siblings, Juanita, Virginia and Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Rashell M. Cardell; his children, Annie Cardell (Emad), Melissa Wiggins, Kristi King, Kayleen Cardell, Michael Cardell, Jonathan Cardell (Rochelle), Jason Cardell (Sunshine) and Jeffrey Cardell; his sister Kathleen Zetterower (Bill); and his mother-in-law Evelyn Mason-Neeley (Lynn). He is also survived by wife, kids and grandkids.
