He is survived by: his mother Donna Ella Kelsey; his children, Craig Kelsey (Theresa) of Priest River, Tracey Graham (Christopher) of Broomfield, CO, Tricia Kelsey of San Diego, CA, Tiffani Kelsey-Franco (Kiza) of Fresno, CA, William Kelsey (Beth) of Teton, ID and John Kelsey (Diana) of Morrison, CO; his siblings, Donna Loy Thornock of Rigby, ID, Kerry Kelsey of Parker, ID, Cindy Worrell of Chester, ID and Jayne Cardenas (Paul) of Firth, ID; and also Jolene Clifford. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
