He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Blake (Rhea) and Kristy Pehrson (Sharon Blake); his children, Loreli Blake, Bruce Blake (Yvette), Brig Blake (Jacki), Nicol and Hilary Burgoyne (Matt); and his sibling Groves Ward. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
