She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dean Dayton; her son-in-law Ron Eugene Mingo; her grandsons, Jed R. Mingo and Jordan D. Mingo; her great grandchildren, Austin Terry Garner, Jaxston Dayton Sterzer and Rexton Wynn Sterzer; her parents, William Elihu and Lettie Rose Hiatt; and her siblings, Carol Rose Smith, Arva Thorsted, William Elihu Hiatt Jr., Melba Faler and Lynn Hiatt.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Stapelman (Dan), Regina Twiss (Max), Reed Dayton (Trudy), Brent Dayton (Kathy) and Dennis Dayton (Kimberly); and her sister Louise Bowles. She is also survived by her five children and their spouses; 24 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
