He is survived by: his mother Marie Hawkins; his spouse Jaime Thompson; his sisters, Polly Pratt (Jack) and Penny Farmin (Tim); and his daughters, Jennifer Wyman (Ray), Jillian Mercier Lien, Janelle Groenhout (Stefan) and Jessica Hawkins. He is also survived by his father, brother in laws, uncles and nephews.
