It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velda Hunsaker Barras (Rupert, Idaho), who passed away on March 10, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Velda Hunsaker Barras to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Fred; her son Ken; her brothers, Ross Hunsaker and Dale Hunsaker; and her brothers-in-law, Blaine Rasmussen, Dick Paoli, Roy Jensen and Bob Barras.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven, Daniel, Ronald, Kenneth, Steve (Tamara), Dan (Candace) and Ron (Lisa); her sisters, Lois Rasmussen, Shirley Paoli, Carole Jensen, Nelma Abrams (Lewis) and Beth Loosli (Dennis); and her sisters-in-law, Carol Shockey (Bill) and Diane Merkey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
