He is survived by: his wife Maria S. Salinas; and his children, Serafin Salinas Jr., Lourdes Aguilar (Mario), Yolanda Mexicano (Ramon), Erica Magaña (Jose), Rudy Salinas and Sergio Salinas (Karina). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
