We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2024, at the age of 87, Richard Ernest Looney of Rupert, Idaho, born in Coffeyville, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Ernest Looney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest R. Looney and Annabelle Looney; and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by : his wife Myrna M. Santos; his daughters, Marguerite Garcia (Bruce), Rose Webb (Philip) and Lily Bell (Ian); and his siblings, Barbara Jacobsen (Richard), Linda Lott (Michael), Karen Andrew (John) and Gary Looney (Diane). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will donate all contributions on July 30th, to celebrate what would have been dad's 88th birthday.
