She was predeceased by: her parents, Kay Jacobsen and Billie Jacobsen; her grandparents, Chuck, Mary West, Richard and Elsie Jacobsen; her brother Charles; and her nephew Tony Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her husband Max; and her daughter Melissa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, one brother, five sisters, and several Uncles, Aunts Cousins, nieces, and nephews.
