He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval P. Mortensen and Janet Mortensen (Roylance); his grandchildren, Adam Green, David Mortensen, Preston Mortensen, Sarah Mortensen, Thomas Mortensen, Angel Mortensen and Ryan King; and his son-in-law Doug Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle; and his children, Rocky, Paul (Stephanie), Tom (Karen), Roger (Kathy), Bruce (Kayla), Cindy Campbell (Doug), Jon (Marilyn), Amy Cunnington (Greg), Shirley Kay (Sean), Leah Green (David) and Jana Waters (Randall). He is also survived by 48 grandchildren; 116 great- grandchildren and 4 great- great- grandchildren.
A private family funeral service (because of COVID-19 restrictions) will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, January 23, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 3904 E Greenhurst Rd, Nampa, with a viewing from 1 to 1:45 PM prior to the services.
