He was predeceased by: his father Arthur L. Parton; and his grandparents, Jack Ballance, Ethel Ballance, Ernie and Rose Parton.
He is survived by: his mother Helen May Parton (Ballance); his siblings, Jeffrey and Christina; his former wife Carrie Marion; his brothers, Wes Parton (Lyn) of Spokane, WA., Jeff Parton and Rupert; his nieces, Angela Parton and Shealyn Parton; his sibling Falls; his nephews, Joseph, Colton, Curtis and Rupert; his uncle Howard Ballance (Carolyn); his aunt Annie Holmes (Marty); and his cousins, John (Jeni) and Jerry Balance. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
The family suggests that donations be made to the East End Fire Department.
