He is survived by: his former spouse Virla Sharlene Nalder; his children, Terry Wade (Swigert), Mark Wade (Swigert) and Leslie; his wife LeAnn Crooks Swigert; his son Patrick Swigert (Barbara); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Dalton, Brody, Ryder, Marshall and Quinn. He is also survived by family, Mark (Sheryl) Wade and family, and grandchildren.
