He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Allen and Lucille Allen; his wife Louise Allen; and his brothers, Harmon Jr., Reed, Joe and John Allen.
He is survived by: his son Dale Hayden; his daughter-in-law Kolleen Hayden (Allen); his grandson James J. Hayden (Ashley Hayden); his great grandchildren, Abigail and Annabelle; his sisters, Sharon Starley (Grant) and Diane Martinez (Nick); his sisters-in-law, Rita Allen, Joan Allen and Jan Allen; and his sister Mary Allen of Jerome.
